In connection with the 2026 Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey Consultant Services activities, we hereby invite experienced and competent Providers to register as tender participants.

Registration Date                  : 13 October to 20 October 2026

Registration Closes               : October 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM Server  Time

Registration Method                         : General Tender

Tender Participant Prequalification          :

1. Tender participants are registered in the Vendor Management System (VMS) PT PELNI (Persero) data.

2. Have a Business Identification Number (NIB) code with the Indonesian Business Field Standard Classification (KBLI) 70209 - Other Management Consulting Activities / Other Management and Business Consulting Activities or UNSPSC code 8010 - Management Advisory Services.

 

Tender Registration Requirements:

1. Registration can only be done through the PT PELNI (Persero) e-Procurement Application at the link: https://procurement.pelni.co.id/
2. Providers who want to participate in the tender and are not yet registered with  the Vendor Management System (VMS) PT PELNI (Persero) can register via: https://procurement.pelni.co.id/registrasi
3. Registration can only be done through the e-Procurement Application until the registration deadline ends.
4. The RKS document and its completeness can be downloaded through the procurement monitor menu on each Provider's account.
