Registration Closing Date                            : 15 December 2025 at 12:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) 

Applicant Qualification Based on KBLI      : - 43213 – Installation of Electronics, and/or

                                                                          - 43211 – Electrical Installation.

Registration Requirements

  • Registration can only be done through the e-Procurement Application at the link: procurement.pelni.co.id

  • Registration can only be performed 1 (one) time within the e-Procurement Application.

  • The RKS (Tender Requirements Document) and its complete attachments can be downloaded after successfully registering for the tender.

  • The participation of a Person-in-Charge (PIC) as the Company's representative in this tender process must attach a Power of Attorney (Surat Kuasa) from the respective Director. This Power of Attorney must be accompanied by copies of the Identity Cards of both the Director and the appointed PIC.

  • Providers who wish to participate in the tender but are not yet registered in the Vendor Management System (VMS) of PT PELNI (Persero) can perform the registration process at: https://procurement.pelni.co.id/registrasi
