PT PELNI (Persero) Director of Passenger Transport Business, Mrs. Nuraini Dessy, accompanied by Vice President of Non-Commercial Passenger Business, Mr. Presda Simangasing, and BRI's SVP of BRILink Business Division, Mr. Windriyo Aribowo, along with SEVP of Sub Directorate Ultra Micro BRILink, Mr. Muhammad Candra Utama, signed a Cooperation Agreement regarding Host-to-Host Sea Passenger Ticket Reservation and Payment Point Mechanism through AgenBRILink on Monday (September 23).
The synergy between PELNI and BRI reflects both state-owned enterprises’ commitment to advancing service digitalization, particularly in the ticket sales for PELNI passenger ships via AgenBRILink. This initiative is expected to bring mutual benefits, strengthen the existing partnership, and contribute positively to enhancing public service delivery in Indonesia.
