In connection with the License Firewall of PT PELNI (Persero), we hereby invite experienced and competent Providers to register as tender participants.

Closing of registration date :November 24, 2025 at 23:59 (WS)

Tender Registration :

The company's qualifications when applying are based on:

1. Attach proof of partnership with Fortinet
2. UNSPSC and/or KBLI :
   • • 8111 – Computer services, and/or
     • 4651 - Large Trade in Computer Equipment and Software, and/or
     • 6209 – Information Technology and Other Computer Services Activities.

Conditions when Registration participates in the tender:

• Registration can only be done through the e-Procurement Application at the procurement.pelni.co.id link
• Registration can only be done 1 (one) time on the e-Procurement Application
• The RKS document and its completeness can be downloaded after registering for the tender
• The participation of the liaison officer (PIC) as a representative of the Company in this tender process is required to attach a Power of Attorney from the relevant Director. The Power of Attorney must be completed with a copy of the Director's Identity Card and the designated PIC
• Providers who want to participate in the tender and have not yet become registered with the Vendor Management System (VMS) PT PELNI (Persero) can do the registration process at https://procurement.pelni.co.id/registrasi
