Good Corporate Governance Report

PT PELNI (Persero) is committed to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to improve the company's performance and accountability in the long term, which is expected to increase the company’s value and good image (Good Corporate Image). PT PELNI (Persero) conducts assessment the implementation of Good Corporate Governance annually starting in 2010 by assessing the GCG implementation with the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) and independently (self-assessment) with external assistance from the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) biannually.
