National Children's Day 2025: Sailing to Achieve Dreams

To foster a sense of pride and motivate children in the Indonesian maritime sector, PELNI will hold a National Children's Day 2025 Commemoration event entitled "Sailing to Achieve Dreams". This event is open to children from kindergarten to elementary school from the Jabodetabek area and its surroundings. The series of events consisting of a Coloring Competition, Drawing Competition, On-board Tour on the PELNI Ship and Children's Entertainment will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at the Nusantara Passenger Terminal, Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta.

  • Dresscode: Nuansa Putih Biru (allowed to be creative with the Captain theme)

Participant Age Category

  • Coloring Competition: Kindergarten (TK) aged 2 - 6 years
  • Drawing Competition: Elementary School aged 6 - 12 years

Registration Flow and Fees

    2. Participants upload proof payment on the form
    3. Participants confirm payment via WhatsApp 08118100162 and will then receive proof of payment and a Registration Card
    4. Registration has been completed
  2. Re-Registration Flow
    1. Participants bring their Registration Card
    2. The committee will provide a wristband as a marker
    3. Participants take a goodie bag & lunch
    4. Participants are welcome to enjoy activities at the venue

General Provisions

  • The 2025 National Children's Day Event is intended for children with the following categories:
    • Coloring Competition: Kindergarten/PAUD/Study Group children*
    • Drawing Competition: Elementary School children*
  • The 2025 National Children's Day Event activities include the following:
    • Coloring and drawing competition
    • Children's entertainment
    • Tour on Board to the PELNI Ship
  • Each participant must be accompanied by at least 1 parent/guardian (max. 1 person on board the ship)

Ticket Purchase Terms

  • Entrance Ticket Prices (HTM) for the 2025 National Children's Day Event are as follows:
    • Competition Coloring & Drawing: IDR 70,000 (1 participant and 1 companion)
    • Maximum additional companion 2 people (subject to entrance fee of IDR 15,000/person)
    • E-ticket will be sent via Whatsapp maximum 2 x 24 hours after payment
    • Exchange of E-ticket softfile with physical ticket is done at the event location during re-registration
  • Tickets are non-refundable
  • Pre-event tickets can be purchased before the event via this link on July 1 - 18, 2025
  • On the spot tickets can be purchased on July 19, 2025 at the event location maximum before the event starts

Participant Requirements

  • Participants must be present maximum 30 minutes before the event starts
  • Participants must be accompanied by parents / guardians during the event
  • Participants must re-register by showing the soft file of the Registration Card
  • Participants must bring a table
  • Drawing equipment (crayons) provided by the committee

Event Requirements

  • Bringing is prohibited heavy food from outside to the event location
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the event location
  • Participants and companions are expected to maintain conduciveness and cleanliness during the event
  • Participants and companions are expected to look after personal belongings and equipment during the event
  • The committee is not responsible for damage or loss of participant and companion belongings

Competition Provisions

  • Participants bring their own drawing tables
  • Participants occupy the area according to the chosen competition
  • Companions are not permitted to enter the competition area and assist during the competition process
  • The duration of the coloring and drawing competition is carried out for 1 hour
  • Aspects of the competition assessment include: neatness, creativity, and color matching
  • The jury's assessment is absolute

Provisions for Implementing the Tour on Board (PELNI Ship Exploration)

  • Participants are ensured to be in good health to do the tour on board
  • Participants and companions are expected to only bring important items during the tour on board activity
  • The committee will divide participants and companions into several tour on board groups
  • Each group will be accompanied by the committee and ABK during the tour on board activity
  • Each group will visit several places in turn to the following places:
    • Visit Captain on the bridge
    • Enjoying the view on the top deck
    • Visiting ship facilities
    • Learning about safety and life jackets
    • Group photo on the ship
  • Each group returns to the venue after completing the on-board tour
