Guideline for Code of Conduct (COC)

A Code of Conduct (COC) is a company tool prepared to support the realization of Good Corporate Governance. This guideline serves as a reference for the personnel of PT PELNI (Persero) to interacting with stakeholders and as a guide for all PT PELNI (Persero)'s personnel to act and behave properly in accordance with Good Corporate Governance rules. The COC guideline is a document that serves as a basis and reference for PT PELNI (Persero) to carrying out its work activities as a commitment manifestation of all PT PELNI (Persero)'s personnel to implement good and healthy corporate governance practices to achieve the company’s vision and mission in accordance with legislation. (Download Guideline)
