REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) HIGH-SPEED CRAFT (HSC) VESSEL

PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) (“PELNI”) is currently conducting a market assessment and gathering information regarding the availability of High-Speed Craft (HSC) vessels that may potentially be chartered under a Time Charter arrangement and/or other forms of cooperation to support the development of its maritime transportation business.

In connection with the above, PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) invites companies that own and/or operate High-Speed Craft (HSC) vessels to provide relevant information through this Request for Information (RFI) regarding the potential provision of vessels in accordance with the Company’s requirements. The general vessel specifications include Monohull and Catamaran types, with detailed requirements as set forth in the attached RFI document.

Companies that own and/or operate available High-Speed Craft (HSC) vessels that generally meet the required criteria are invited to submit the requested information and a Letter of Interest (LoI) in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the RFI document. Submissions shall be sent via email to komersialpenumpang@pelni.co.id no later than Thursday, 22 October 2026.

Please note that this Request for Information (RFI) is intended solely to obtain market information, identify potential vessel providers, and assess the capabilities of potential providers in meeting the operational requirements of PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero).

This RFI does not constitute a procurement process, vendor selection process, or commitment to enter into any form of cooperation. Any subsequent procurement and/or vendor selection process, if applicable, will be conducted separately in accordance with the applicable policies, procedures, and regulations of PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero).

We hereby issue this Request for Information (RFI) and look forward to the participation of qualified companies in this process. We believe that collaboration with reliable, safe, and qualified High-Speed Craft (HSC) vessel providers can contribute to the continued development of Indonesia’s national maritime transportation services.
