The Guideline for Procurement of Goods & Services of PT PELNI (Persero) is a form of commitment of PELNI to upholding and implementing principles of “TARIF” (Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, independence, and Fairness) as the main aspect of GCG practice. This guideline also serves as the basis rule of PT PELNI (Persero) to implement a procurement process that can be measured through quality, volume, and time aspects of goods and services delivery based on need.
