Guideline for Gratification

PT PELNI (Persero) will always involve many parties, either internal or external parties of the company. One of the most common and inevitable things in daily business relations is a gratification gift or request from one party to another. Likewise, PT PELNI (Persero)’s personnel are also not spared from Gratification, and this has the potential for conflicts of interest that may affect independence, objectivity, and professionalism in decision-making. With this guideline, it is expected that all PT PELNI (Persero)'s personnel can comply with this Gratification rule by reporting the act of Gratification based on the applicable regulation so that the personnel involved is protected and spared from the possibility of being charged with Bribery(Download Guideline)
