PT PELNI (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (SoE) whose ownership is 100% owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. As of December 31, 2017, there were no Board of Directors neither Board of Commissioners member who owned shares of PT PELNI (Persero). The main shareholder and controlling shareholder of PT PELNI (Persero) is the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the proxy of the shareholder is the State Ministry of SoE of the Republic of Indonesia.
