The Governance of PT PELNI (Persero)

PT PELNI (Persero) is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) that is obliged to implement a good corporate governance under the regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SEOs) per August 1st, 2011 Number: PER - 01/MBU/2011 on the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in SOEs. PT PLENI (Persero) implements the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) by forming a compliance function under the Division of Risk Management & Compliance by enforcing soft structure guidelines of GCG consisting of Board manual, corporate management, Corporate Ethics (Code Of Conduct), gratification, Gratification Control Unit (UPG), and Whistleblowing System (WBS) guideline.
