Procurement of Design Consultancy Services for the 1000-Passenger Vessel Project

In connection with the Procurement of Design Consultancy Services for the 1000-Passenger Vessel Project, we hereby invite qualified and experienced consultants to register and participate in the selection process.

• Prequalification Registration Period

• Prequalification Registration Closing
  Day/Date: Wednesday, December 17, 2025

 

• Registration Procedure:
  1. Access the eSCM PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PT PELNI) at procurement.pelni.co.id.
  2. Register through the “Auction Announcement” menu.
  3. If you are not yet registered as a vendor of PT PELNI (Persero), please complete the registration first through the “Join Partners at pengadaan.com”.

 

• Participant Requirements:
  1. The consultant must have prior experience in handling at least twenty (20) similar vessel design projects, particularly passenger vessels (such as Cruise Ships, Ferries, Ro-Ro Vessels, 2-in-1 Ships, and other types) with medium to large capacity (minimum 8,000 GT). The consultant shall provide examples of previous designs, building specifications, and engineering estimates as part of the submission.
  2. The aforementioned designs shall have been approved by the relevant classification society and regulatory authorities, and have been constructed at a shipyard, as evidenced by the submission of General Arrangement (GA) drawings and a copy of the shipbuilding contract between the shipyard and the vessel owner (at minimum, the front and signature pages of the contract). The submission shall also include contact persons from both parties who can be reached for verification purposes.
