Company qualifications                   :

1. Must have a permit from the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia (Kominfo) in the form of:
   1. Closed Fixed Network Operation Permit (Jartup), and/or
   2. Closed Fixed Network Operating Permits for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that are still valid.
2. Attach a Decree on Telecommunication Business License (SK IUT) from Kominfo.
3. It has a Network Operation Center (NOC) operating 7×24 hours with a monitoring system and helpdesk. (evidenced by photos and stamped statements)
4. Have a product code (UNSPSC) that matches the catalog item code and/or have a KBLI code
   1. 61102 - Telecommunications Activities with Wireless) for fixed wireless and mobile networks or
   2. 61921 - Internet Service Provider (ISP) Activity or
   3. 61100 - Telecommunications Activities With Cables

 

Tender Registration Requirements:

1. Registration can only be done through the PT PELNI (Persero) e-Procurement Application at the link: https://procurement.pelni.co.id/
2. Providers who want to participate in the tender and are not yet registered with  the Vendor Management System (VMS) PT PELNI (Persero) can register via: https://procurement.pelni.co.id/registrasi
3. Registration can only be done through the e-Procurement Application until the registration deadline ends.

4. The RKS document and its completeness can be updated and/or checked periodically through the procurement monitor on the account of each participant who is declared to have passed the pre-qualification.
