ANNOUNCEMENT OF TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS / SERVICES

 

In connection with the Closing Work of Marine Hull & Machinery, Wreck Removal & Oil Pollution, Passenger Ships and Sea Toll Vessels of PT PELNI (Persero) in 2025, we hereby invite Suppliers who are experienced and have the competence to register themselves as tender participants.

Tender: Closure of Shipping Insurance (Marine Hull & Machinery, Wreck Removal & Oil Pollution) of PT PELNI (Persero) Passenger Ships and Sea Toll Vessels in 2025.

Method: Value system – Technical 50% and Price 50%.

We are interested in participating in the tender process for the Closure of Marine Hull & Machinery, Wreck Removal & Oil Pollution Insurance for PT PELNI (Persero) Passenger Ships and Sea Toll Vessels in 2025.

Thus we have made this letter to be used as it should.

2. The insurance company has a minimum value of Company Assets for the last 2 (two) years of IDR 3,000,000,000,000,000 (three trillion rupiah) and Equity of IDR 1,500,000,000,000 (one trillion five hundred billion rupiah).
3. There are representatives of branch offices or sales offices in each province throughout Indonesia (at least 20 branch offices) which are supported by a list of branch offices along with their office addresses and phone numbers.
4. Meet the minimum Risk Based Capital standards for 2021, 2022, 2023 of a minimum of 120% by attaching published annual financial statements.
5. Attach an Investment Adequacy Ratio for 2021, 2022, 2023 of a minimum of 100% by attaching published annual financial statements.

The value of HPS is IDR 41,069,177,593 (forty-one billion sixty-nine million one hundred and seventy-seven thousand five hundred and ninety-three rupiah) including stamp duty and policy fees.
