1. Attach a Business Entity Certificate (SBU) with the BG002 Office Building Construction business sub-field and a minimum small business qualification;
2. Attach a business permit (NIB) in the field of Construction Services with the sub-field of Office Building Construction KBLI 41012;
3. Attach a valid expert certificate with minimum qualifications:

• Young K3 Construction Experts with a minimum level of 7 (seven) issued by BNSP and/or Young K3 Construction Experts issued by the Ministry of Manpower along with their licenses.
• Young Building Engineering Expert with a minimum level of 7 (seven) issued by BNSP.

The scope of the tender is the renovation of the 6th floor mosque of the PT PELNI (Persero) head office building.
