New Customary Health Procedure for Stakeholders PT. PELNI

• Minimizing the number of stakeholders visiting the office, so that adequate social interaction can be ensured, according to WHO technical guidelines;
• Interaction with stakeholders is preferred via electronic media (video conferencing), if partners and stakeholders come to the office, they must comply with the procedures / procedures for entering the PT PELNI Building as follows:
• Using masks in the office area of ​​PT. PELNI (Persero);
• Before entering the office, in order to first enter the disinfectant booth if available;
• Carry out a body temperature check;
• Doing data entry at reception;
• On body temperature check or initial screening when entering the entrance and if there are stakeholders with temperatures above 37.5oC or appear sick (fever or runny nose / cough / sore throat / shortness of breath) then it is not permitted to enter the PT PELNI area ( Persero);
• Delivery of data and documents carried out electronically, but if required to be physical, the document is submitted to the recipient of goods / receptionist in the Lobby Area of ​​the Central Office.
• Provide and ensure the availability of adequate hand sanitizers at certain points such as at the receptionist, the area around the elevator¸ and in or around the meeting room;
• When in a meeting room participants must use Faceshield and give a distance when sitting by emptying 1 (one) seat next to the participant;
• Meeting participants may not be more than 5 people.
• Urge stakeholders (Stakeholders) not to shake hands with direct skin contact;
• Urge to carry out physical distancing while in the office environment of PT PELNI (Persero).
