PT PELNI (Persero) successfully held the Customer Appreciation Night 2025 as a form of gratitude to its loyal customers who have continuously trusted PELNI’s shipping and logistics services. The event took place on Thursday (September 25) in Jakarta and served as an appreciation gathering for the company’s long-term partners.
The event was attended by PELNI President Director Tri Andayani, Director of Freight and Sea Toll Transport Kokok Susanto, the management of PELNI’s subsidiaries and affiliates, representatives from government institutions and state-owned enterprises, as well as hundreds of logistics partners and service users from various regions in Indonesia. The strong turnout reflected the solid collaboration between PELNI and key players in the national logistics sector.
PELNI President Director Tri Andayani expressed that the Customer Appreciation Night is an important moment to strengthen relationships with customers and reaffirm the company’s commitment to delivering the best service.
“We are very grateful to hold the Customer Appreciation Night for the fourth time as part of the 2025 National Customer Day celebration. The trust and support from hundreds of logistics partners and service users across regions have been key pillars of PELNI’s success in connecting the archipelago. This event represents our commitment to maintaining close relationships with customers, listening to their needs, and continuously improving our services,” said Anda.
The event aimed to appreciate customers who have entrusted their cargo shipments to PELNI, while also strengthening customer loyalty and enhancing the company’s brand awareness. It also served as a platform for customers to provide feedback and suggestions to further improve PELNI’s services in the future.
Director of Freight and Sea Toll Transport, Kokok Susanto, added that PELNI continues to innovate in improving partner satisfaction by introducing an integrated cargo space booking system through the MyCargoo application.
“We offer advantages such as fixed and predictable ship departure schedules for cargo and container shipments without having to wait for full loads. This provides time certainty for businesses, especially for commodities requiring fast handling or perishable goods,” explained Kokok.
As a token of appreciation, PELNI also presented awards to several top logistics partners across multiple categories.
