PT PELNI (Persero) launched the fourth Garbage Management House (GMH) through the Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) program in Denpasar, Bali. The presence of the GMH was inaugurated by the Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT PELNI Anik Hidayati together with the Secretary of the South Denpasar District Ni Komang Pendawati and accompanied by the Chair of the RKS I Wayan Parna in Denpasar, Bali, Saturday (18/2).
The Denpasar PELNI RKS program is the Company's effort to build a TJSL program that has added value to support the successful implementation of sustainable development programs (SDGs). This program is in line with SDGs number 12, namely responsible consumption and production.
Prior to Denpasar, the RKS assisted by TJSL PELNI had already been present in Bima, Bau-Bau and Batulicin.
In all operational activities, PT PELNI (Persero) is committed to participating in supporting sustainable development which is realized through TJSL programs such as waste management houses.
