Thursday, September 1, 2022, PT PELNI (Persero) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik regarding Logistics Transportation Synergy. at the Head Office of PT PELNI.
The signing was carried out by the Director of the Sea Toll and Goods Transportation Business of PT PELNI Yossianis Marciano and the President Director of PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik Tentaminarto Tri Februartono.
The scope of the signing of this memorandum of understanding includes, among others:
(1) The use of PT PELNI ships to transport cargo belonging to PT PILOG;
(2) Ship agency cooperation;
(3) The form of cooperation in loading and unloading and logistics management (dooring) for cargo belonging to PT PILOG;
(4) Other forms of potential business cooperation that will be agreed later.
