She was named Visionary Leader in Digital Transformation, an accolade that highlights her role in leading PELNI to adapt and grow in the digital era. At the awarding night held at the Auditorium of Menara Bank Mega, South Jakarta, on Thursday (June 26), PT PELNI (Persero) was represented by Vice President of Learning and Development, Rooshardianti, who was present to directly receive the award.
Organized by Trans Event, the RA Kartini Awards serve as an annual stage of appreciation for Indonesian women who have made significant contributions, created change, and inspired others through their work and dedication. The event also brings forward the spirit of Raden Ajeng Kartini in a modern context, showcasing the stories of contemporary women whose efforts continue to bring positive impacts to society.

On this occasion, a Special Award was also presented to Ibu Tien Soeharto and the late Titiek Puspa in recognition of their dedication.
