PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia or PT PELNI (Persero) won two categories in the 2019 Top Digital Awards event. Vice President of Information Technology PT PELNI Dedi Rahmawan Putra received the award given by the Head of the Siber and Sandi Negara Agency Hinsa Siburian and the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee M. Lutfi Handayani at the award ceremony held at the Sultan Hotel, Jakarta, Wednesday (11/27).
Two categories were won by PT PELNI, namely for the Top Leader on Digital Implementation 2019 and the Top Digital Implementation 2019 on Logistics and Transportation Sector # Level Star 4. The Chairman of the Jury Board of Top Digital Award itself was filled by Prof. Kalamullah Ramli who is also the Supervisory Board of Indonesia Data Center Provider Organization. In the Honorary Jury chair filled by Aspekti Chairperson Laode M Kamaluddin and Aptikom Chairperson Eko Indrajit.
PT PELNI itself currently has two application services that support the passenger transportation business and its logistics business. PELNI Mobile application that allows prospective passengers of PELNI ships to obtain travel tickets is already available on Playstore for android users, while logistics services will be available in early 2020.
