Jakarta, July 30, 2024 -- In order to commemorate and celebrate "Four Years of AKHLAK as the Core Values of BUMN HR", PELNI invited PELNI President Director Tri Andayani and writer and public speaker Rene Suhardono to share professional and life experiences for all PELNI personnel. The event, packaged as the Townhall Meeting for Semester II of 2024, was held at the PELNI Head Office in Jakarta, Tuesday (30/7).
The event, which was held in a hybrid manner, was attended by all PELNI Board of Directors and was opened by PELNI President Commissioner Muhammad Awaluddin and continued by Director of HR and General Affairs Heri Purnomo who reported on the achievements of AKHLAK at PELNI. In addition, the Board of Directors and Vice Presidents of PT PID and PT SBN were also present to witness the townhall meeting for Semester II of 2024.
In a talk show hosted by PELNI Corporate Communications Manager Ditto Pappilanda, PELNI President Director Tri Andayani or familiarly called Anda, shared her experience in leading the company.
"As the main value of AKHLAK initiated by the Minister of SOEs, Mr. Erick Thohir since 2020, both as individuals and professionals, trustworthiness and competence are two main characters that cannot be negotiated," Anda said firmly.
With 15 years of experience as a bank employee at a state-owned bank and 10 years of experience as a director at several state-owned companies, Anda assured that without showing the trustworthiness and competence demanded by shareholders, she would definitely not be trusted to lead the company.
"Always being a person who is open to continuing to gain new knowledge and learn from anyone is an important thing that PELNI Insan friends must have. The values carried by the main value of AKHLAK are the best standards that we need to instill and implement in our daily lives," she added.
The atmosphere became more lively when Rene Suhardono opened the opportunity for PELNI personnel to ask questions to Rene, who is known to be active as a writer and speaker with themes related to employee professions and life experiences. A number of questions came from PELNI personnel who were present in the auditorium and online.
PELNI Corporate Secretary Evan Eryanto said that the Townhall Meeting activity this time was intended to celebrate the implementation of the main values of AKHLAK which in 2024 will enter its fourth year.
"As always reminded by the Ministry of SOEs of the Republic of Indonesia, PELNI will continue to internalize the main values of AKHLAK in every operational and business activity of the Company.
