BUMN Ministry Replace Two PELNI Commissioners

Management would like to thank Danang Parikesit and Lotto Srinaita Ginting for their contribution to the Company

Jakarta, March 19, 2020 - PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) - PT PELNI (Persero) received the replacement of two members of the Board of Commissioners on Thursday afternoon (19/3) at the Office of the Ministry of SOEs. The decision was based on a letter from the Ministry of SOE Number SK-84 / MBU / 03/2020 dated March 19, 2020 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) of PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia.

A copy of the SOE Minister's decree was handed over directly by the Deputy Assistant for the Construction Business and Infrastructure and Transportation II Sector, Indriani Widiastuti. In the letter, the Minister of BUMN dismissed Loto Srinaita Ginting and Danang Parikesit from the Board of Commissioners of PT PELNI (Persero) and appointed Eddy Susanto Soepadmo and Marwanto as new members of the Board of Commissioners.

"Today we have received the replacement of two new members of the Board of Commissioners of PT PELNI (Persero). Management certainly hopes that the joining of Mr. Eddy and Mr. Marwanto as Commissioners at PELNI can support and succeed the Company's targets in 2020," said the Head of Corporate Secretary of PT PELNI ( Persero), Yahya Kuncoro.

Thus, the following is the composition of the new member of the board of commissioners of PT PELNI (Persero):
Ali Masykur Musa (President Commissioner), Johnnes Widodo H.M (Commissioner), Wahyu Adji Henpriarsono (Commissioner), Haryo Indratno (Commissioner), Eddy Susanto Soepadmo (Commissioner) and Marwanto (Commissioner).

PELNI as a State-Owned Enterprise that operates in the field of sea transportation has currently operated as many as 26 passenger ships and visited 83 ports and served 1,100 sections. In addition to passenger transportation, PELNI also serves 45 pioneer ship routes that stop in 275 ports with 3,739 sections.
